Travelodge London Twickenham
Visitors frequently praise the staff for being humble, helpful, and providing quick service. However, common complaints include the lack of air conditioning, with only small fans provided, and issues with Wi-Fi, which can be costly and have limitations. Some guests also noted that bathroom doors did not shut properly and breakfast was not particularly good.

I applaud the staff at this travel lodge. the assistant manager lady, a house keeper lady and one of the receptionist I had had before the service of at the Feltham travel lodge. it was a surprise and good seeing them there. I had a stay there a few weeks back. was there to stay 2 nights I believe. A BIG thanks to the following staff members by name of-: Zoe okti sreekanth and last but not least of them all thav. SORRY staff named above. I hate trip advisor now. I no longer use them for reviews doing. place are liars and deceivers. ONLY today I've discovered all branches of travel lodge hotel you can give reviews on specific branches booking pages. apologies for being late in thanks to you all.long over due. day after I arrived I took sick. was in bad severe paining aches. could hardly walk. nearly fell. nearly collapsed. refused an ambulance. the above staff was AMAZING. went BEYOND the call of DUTY all 4 of them to help me in my weakened state of ill health. I had to eat. was to sick to go out as I wanted. I gave my order and money to staff. they escorted me back to room opening and closing doors all on and off. brought me my change all on and off. brought me food and drink on and off. was a big time HELP and SUPPORT to me in my sickened stay of medical illness back then. AGAIN Zoe okti sreekanth and thav u was angels, heroes, heroines and a major help to me in a clear cut medical crises and emergency. THANKS again for everything done to help me on that FATEFUL morning, afternoon, evening and night too. I'm so very grateful, touched and pleased. so THANKS.
Pros: -cheap -near train station -near Starbucks/convenience stores and block away from Waitrose Cons: -no A/C, small fan provided -additional payment for wifi. We got the "Super Room" for wifi to be included, note that it was only good for 2 devices and it expired the night before our check-out time. It kicked us out every 10 minutes if left unused -no gym, Anytime Fitness is in the same building but you'd have to pay 15 pounds per day for use. -3/5 cleanliness, esp their carpet has a lot of stains on the 8th floor. Hope this helps!
The breakfast is a bit....

No air conditioning, bathroom doors didn't shut, breakfast wasn't amazing. Staff are incredibly kind and friendly.
