Flame Bar & Nightclub

Flame is Luton's only dedicated LGBTQ+ venue, a gay bar and nightclub on Wellington Street opposite the old Court House, a few minutes from Luton station. It opened in June 2002, and CAMRA lists it as open and describes it as a lively gay nightclub. It runs Thursday to Sunday from 20:00, staying open to about 01:00 on Thursdays and Sundays and to 03:30 on Fridays and Saturdays; Monday to Wednesday it's private hire only. Drinks are cheap and the crowd is local and mixed. We couldn't find a website or an active Instagram account, so check recent posts or ring ahead before a midweek trip.
