Extremely disappointed. I called the motel Tuesday night to book a room for my daughter who had left a hostile situation with her partner. I was rudely told they do not do phone bookings or walk ins therefore my daughter had to remain distraught in her car longer while l navigated the booking on line. On arrival my daughter was also spoken to rudely. I am not one to write reviews but l am still angry. I believed those who work in the hospitality industry would be focused on 'hospitality'.
Chantelle was wonderful she made check in a breeze, love a great smail and it's in a great location
The experience was terrible. The place was old and outdated; the bathroom water tap was broken. There were also many hidden charges after booking. Be careful!
I do not recommend this hotel. The pricing is opaque, and it's anything but pet-friendly. The website doesn't clearly list pet-friendly accommodation prices; you only find out after booking. Please be aware of this when booking! The room had a musty smell, and it didn't feel like a very new hotel! None of the booking websites actually mentioned pet fees; they only said there would be a charge but didn't list it at all. It's recommended that the fee be clearly stated to avoid misunderstandings and incorrect room bookings.
