From the minute you walk in the door the professional and friendly service is apparent. Rooms are clean, beds are very comfortable and the service is exceptional. Great selection of food for breakfast and coffee delicious. Thank you staff for making our stay so enjoyable and a special thank you to Melinda.

Poorly managed!! lady at the front desk, couldn't speak english and was not able to help me in any way i have used this hotel many times this year but lately, the late night staff for the late night check-in has dropped drastically in quality.

We enjoyed our stay at Swiss Belhotel Wooloongabba, rooms were very clean and comfortable. The bed was amazing and staff were very friendly. Would definitely stay again. We went for a short walk to Brisbane German Club for dinner, meals were lovely.
