This hotel is going through renovation changing from a hilton to an intercontenintal hotel. Im not sure what changed so far and didn't notice any of the construction going on. I do know in the future the lounge will move to a bigger area and wont be on the 25th floor, which is the top floor. The hotel is set up a little irritating, but is massive and breathtaking. Trips in and out of the hotel make you switch elevators on floor 6. This floor houses check in, a bar , and restaurant. You have to walk a massive lobby to get to tye other elevators. Marta, who checked me in, was great! She gave me a full rundown of the hotel and made my check in process very smooth. I was on the 25th floor 2 rooms down from where the lounge is. On night one I met Mel there, she is a beautiful model from the Phillipines who embodies customer service and she made me feel very welcome on my first night and gave me some awesome recommendations. She is a rockstar! The lounge itself is not very big, but it was never fun when I went there. I had the breakfast, went back for tea time, and also had drinks and canals canapes and was pleased with every single experience and the offerings. The hotel room was cozy. I lived the many different mini bar offerings. I always give high praise for 24hr room service, especially when the food is delicious. Service was also fast. My view over the city was great, as you'll see in my photos. I do warn this hotel is on a one way street and can make pick ups and drop offs a bit annoying with drivers getting confused, this happened to me 3 times on this short stay. The hotel is near many amenities and has tons to do and see in the area. Be cautious of the people around though, especially at night. I did come across a few interesting people and be ware if you have your phone out, it can be snatched. Overall, I do recommend this hotel. I would binge back for sure. I hope to stay again after renovations are complete.

Don’t forget expect service!!! From the moment I waited 15 minutes for someone to attend the front desk to check us in. To our room not being cleaned. It’s not an intercontinental standard.

Rooms were very spacious and clean. The beds are very comfy. The water pressure is amazing in the bathroom. The club room on level 25 was very good. The 2 ladies that work there make it very hospitable. The food up there was very delicious as well as the drinks. Will definitely be back!
