Hotel Indigo Brisbane City Centre by IHG

From the booking to the welcoming checkin to the express checkout, this experience was absolutely first rate and did not dissapoint. Onsite valet parking available each night at $36 for disability pass holders. Rooms are clean and themed with the history of the area. Onsite Japanese/Australian restaurant and separate themed bar and lounge. Room service is from the restaurant and quality is amazing, priced comparitively, does have a $5 room charge. Dine in buffet style breakfast is amazing quality and comparitively priced. Loved the views of the city lights and did not notice any traffic noise. As we were utilising the mediation conference centre right next door, Indigo was well worth the expense just for it's experience on a rainy few days. I cannot thank the staff enough for an amazing service and caring experience, from the staff on checkin/checkout, to the talented and helpful restaurant staff that went out of thier way to make our stay comfortable. Highly recommend for ambulant and non ambulant alike, nothing is too hard for the staff. I wish I had taken some names so I could personally acknowledge them in this review.

Breakfast and service was very good. The hotel and room has a chill and relax vibe with contemporary designs. A bit of a walk from the CBD and facility such as pool is shared with VOCO.

What a great hotel, super cute, high quality and the restaurant is amazing. For business trips we usually stay at the bigger chains but this was by far nicer! Thank you to the staff for a great 3 days, we will be back

Great Hotel.

Thanks to the team at Hotel Indigo for a lovely 4 night stay for the NRL Magic Round! Special shout out to Foxy at reception - warm, welcoming, funny and just a wonderful human :) The check in process was quick and easy - they even had both our rooms ready for check-in 5hrs early! The staff from the reception, to the restaurant and house keeping were all super friendly and extremely professional. We loved the modern decor and it has some nice amenities (i.e. a small gym, working spaces, the restaurant and bar, etc...). The location was great - about a 20min Uber from the Airport and we got around the city center on foot - didn't feel the need to use public transport or taxis/Ubers. There are plenty of cafes and eateries near by - but I would highly recommend the breakfast at the hotel! If I'm ever back in Brisbane, I'd happily stay here again!

Unfortunately had one of the corner rooms 527 with door opening into a wall... smallest of windows, dark and actually dusty. Room needed a deep clean. Fold down desk was filthy. As did hallway skirting boards to be honest. Disappointing as it was not the Indigo experience I have experienced in the past. Staff were lovely and the location can't be faulted... great bagels next door at bagel boy and easy 15 min walk to Convention Centre and most good restaurants in the CBD.

Unique, tasteful, and well priced. But the highlight was the personalised & detailed level of assistance the staff have. Excellent! The restaurant experience was also amazing! Will definitely stay here again

Rooms are overpriced, a decent TV would be better, no coffee machine, 2 tea bags, strange design of the room, hard pillows quite small for $250 per night, and no view.

The room layout was quite unusual and not very practical. Cleanliness was also an issue — the foldable table was clearly not cleaned at all, and it was quite unpleasant to open and see how dirty it was. Additionally, the bed sheets felt strangely damp, and I even found long hairs on them, which was quite concerning. Overall, the hygiene standards did not meet expectations.

My family and I stayed here for two nights. We loved it. Great location and the best bit was the breakfast served by friendly staff. Would definitely come back again.
