Beautiful, stylish hotel with old-world charm. Well appointed rooms and friendly staff. Cool bar & restaurant downstairs. Edit: Windows don't seem to have double glazing, so street noise is noticeable, but not excessive.
5 stars for incredible customer service! We treated our parents to a weekend getaway for their 60th wedding anniversary and everyone’s gone out of their way to make them feel so special. Thankyou! Means so much to have such kind, beautiful service. X
Fairly basic code hotel but comfortable
Finding accommodation that is genuinely pet friendly rather than just pet tolerant is harder than it should be. The Inchcolm is the real thing. From the moment we arrived, Caroline checked us in with so much warmth and genuine excitement to meet Maggie. She helped us to our room, opened every door, and made us feel like we were the guests they had been waiting for. Waiting in the room was a personalised note from the team and a welcome hamper for Maggie. Her own bed, blanket, treats, a lickimat, and a Brosecco puptail in a cocktail glass. Wow this is the real deal for a pet friendly experience. The hotel itself is beautiful. Heritage architecture, considered design, gorgeous nooks and seating areas throughout. We stayed in the Large Heritage Suite which has a sleeping area upstairs and a lounge downstairs. Spacious, calm, and every detail is thoughtful. We were in inner city Brisbane and never once felt like we needed to leave. That is the sign of a great hotel. If you travel with your dog and you have been settling for less, The Inchcolm is what it should actually feel like. We will be back.
Stayed here as a treat for my husband's birthday. From the moment we stepped through the door it was exceptional. From the warm friendliness of the staff to the exceptional presentation of the room with a record playing quietly in the corner, we were blown away. This isn't a chain hotel visit, this is a destination all on its own. The decor, the quiet jazz music throughout the hotel, the architecture, the tantalum custom scent- if speakeasies, delicious cocktails, drinks, pastries and coffee, friendly service and quiet company in a gorgeous setting are your aesthetic this is the place. We will definitely be back soon!
