A fraud perpetrated against guests, and apparently systematic!
This is not a hotel! Perhaps a boarding house. All information, whether on the website or on various platforms (Booking.com, etc.), is false and does not reflect the reality on site.
There is no reception, the opening hours are incorrect, the premises are decorated with junk, and most of it is broken and unusable. The rooms are dirty, moldy, and catastrophically equipped. There is neither a spa area with a pool/sauna nor breakfast. Complaints are acknowledged, and that's it. The so-called refrigerators in the rooms are wine coolers, meaning a maximum temperature of 15°C! The water dispensers on the floors were emptied on the first day of our stay and were not refilled for 16 days. We requested room cleaning four times, and it was carried out twice. Fresh towels and bed linen were changed only once during our 16-night stay! The shower curtain was covered in red mold. The bathroom sink was clogged for three days, and that was already the case when we checked into the room. Everything around the windows was moldy, and there was a piece of moldy chewing gum stuck to the bathroom window. The floor and wall next to the toilet were speckled brown! The mattress was broken on one side, so you slept in a hole. The staff, when present at all, were completely overwhelmed. The cleaning lady was completely alone in the entire building for five days, and she doesn't speak a word of German! Access to and from the hotel was only electronic, and even that only worked sporadically. The elevator regularly stopped on the first floor, forcing guests to walk up a flight of stairs. The coffee machine in the breakfast room, which was available for free use, was constantly dirty and hadn't worked for the last five days. The pool was empty, and the sauna was switched off, but everything was open, and I pray that no children ever play there... the owner belongs in jail.
Written complaints are not answered by the owner at all, and when they are, they only provide false information. None of the phone numbers work, and emails go unanswered. The booking platform, in our case Booking.com, is of no help whatsoever. We will now hand the matter over to a lawyer.
