Novotel Surfers Paradise

Top location, great hotel. Right in the heart of all the entertainment yet so quiet at night you can’t hear a thing.

Great stay and in a superb location with scenic beach facing views on high floors. Room is cleaned well daily by housekeeping and well stocked up with tea and coffee pods. A must stay place if you’re in surfers paradise. Only qualm is that the shower water pressure is very low pressure likely due to high floors hence water pressure is low. Overall will stay at this property again if back to Gold Coast.

Not a very good experience overall. Despite hanging the "Clean My Room" sign on the door, housekeeping never serviced the room. Apparently, it was mistaken for a "Do Not Disturb" sign. When we returned and contacted the front desk, we were informed that housekeeping staff had already left for the day, and only fresh towels were provided. Other than the location, the hotel did not have much to offer. The rooms felt run-down and poorly maintained, and the lighting was inadequate, making the room feel dark and uninviting. Overall, the stay was disappointing and did not meet expectations.

Enjoyed our stay. Few little niggles but not enough to make our holiday less enjoyable. Awesome view from balcony. Nice and clean room. Very welcoming staff from booking in through our entire stay. Definitely stay again

Great place to stay close to everything

Fast check in with friendly staff, so close to everything. Didn't need to use the car at all.
