The price is too high for the quality of bith the hotel and the service that you get. The room overall was nice with a good view but the breakfast was awful. At the same price you can get many better places. Not recommended.

Very friendly and helpful staff, fantastic view from the room! Everything was very clean and well-maintained! I highly recommend it; we felt very comfortable here.

Our experience at this hotel was truly awful, and frankly, we wouldn't recommend it to anyone. We stayed for four nights, and every night we heard rats scurrying across the ceiling of our room. The noise was constant and extremely unpleasant, to the point that it made it difficult to sleep. Sleeping knowing there are rodents in the ceiling of your room is completely unacceptable in any accommodation. The worst part was when my partner went up to the terrace where breakfast is served and saw three large rats walking around the area and even on the breakfast tables. We're talking about a place where food is handled, so this poses a serious hygiene and health problem. In addition to the above, we booked a van for our last day to take us to the airport for our flight home. To our surprise, when we went to reception to check out, we had no way to get to the airport because they hadn't booked anything, and we were left stranded. After our stay, we left a review, and the hotel responded publicly, asking us to email them to discuss the problem. We contacted them immediately, but they never responded to our emails. We find this a very unprofessional way to handle a complaint: asking for contact information to appear concerned and then simply ignoring the customer. Problems can happen in any hotel, but the lack of health and safety controls and the complete absence of customer service made this experience VERY DISAPPOINTING. If you value cleanliness, hygiene, and rest, we recommend you look for another place to stay.

The hotel had spacious and seemingly clean rooms. The staff were a bit indifferent and not very attentive. We filed a complaint at reception. There was a lot of noise from the ceiling at night because of rats, and they kept us awake. As a result, we also stopped going to breakfast in the mornings because it was served upstairs, and one morning we saw three rats. We considered it unhygienic. Reception told us they would speak to the manager and get back to us. We're still waiting. In short, three nights of poor sleep and no breakfast. To top it all off, we booked a van to take us back to the airport, but when we went to pick it up in the morning, it wasn't there. We had to find our own way. We definitely won't be returning.

I stayed for three nights in early March 2026. The value for money was excellent. We were given room 8207, which was spacious with two single beds and a large, functional bathroom. The location was superb; everything was close by (we didn't take any tuk-tuks during my stay, we always walked). The staff were always friendly and helpful. I had very wet swimsuits, and they were able to hang my clothes on the rooftop without any problems; they provided hangers and clothespins. They picked us up from the airport upon arrival and dropped us off as well, always attentive and with a smile on their face. The breakfast was basic, but appreciated. I have no complaints whatsoever. My stay was very pleasant.

Hotel has a dodgy entrance but was pleasantly surprised when we got to the upstairs where check in is and rooms. Rooms large and clean but loose tiles are a bit dangerous. Location is not the best the man town centre is where to stay

Close to Coron Coron beach. Heavy traffic right in front of the hotel. Rides are available. Room spacious and clean. Refrigerator in the room. Breakfast inferior. Almost all the time the food runs out. When the food was brought, people attacked and everything ran out. We went to eat elsewhere for the rest of the time.

On Jan 27th, 2026 my friend went to take a shower in the evening and had no complaints. He said the water was warm and had decent water pressure. 20 mins after he got out of the shower, I washed my face in the sink, and only a thin slow stream of water came out of the faucet and seconds later, the water stopped completely - while I was in the middle of washing my face. I tried to turn on the shower, and NO WATER came from there either. I was naked wrapped in my towel so my friend when to get help from the front desk. I waited in my towel for about 30 mins until maintenance came, and there were two staff members who entered the room and had no clue what to do so they told me to take a shower in a different unit. I walked to the unit that they guided me to, WRAPPED IN MY TOWEL ONLY. When the lady staff members assisted me with the shower in the new unit she checked to see if the water was warm. The water was warm at first and after she left it turned cold within 1 minute. I was unable to get the water to be warm again, so I was forced to take a FREEZING COLD SHOWER. I was so very upset that I had to endure this issue after being so careful to select a hotel that had reviews of good water supply. Had I known that I would face issues with water supply/water temperature/water pressure I would have booked a hotel elsewhere. I feel incredibly inconvenienced and regret booking with One El Nido Suite. When I reported my issue to the front desk and the manager on duty (Mr. V Gallo) on 2 separate occasions, they did nothing to accommodate, reimburse me, nor compensate me in any way for the inconvenience. They stated that this has never happened before and they are hearing of this issue for the first time ever. They just shrugged their shoulders and said oh well “sorry”. If you like to have water supply, water pressure, like to shower, like to wash your face/brush your teeth, warm showers, please do not book with this hotel and if you do, just be aware that you might be one of the only guests who get unlucky enough to experience what I had to go through. Future guests and anyone looking to book a hotel should be made aware of these issues prior to booking so that they can avoid booking with a hotel that has water supply issues. There are plenty of other hotels nearby in the area that you can book with! But please stay clear of One El Nido Suite. -upset guest from Room 8207

Upon arrival at the hotel, we were told our booking had been cancelled, even though we had never received any notification. When we asked to speak to the manager, we were told he was "not available." In the meantime, we contacted Booking.com, who called the hotel and even issued a warning. After much insistence, we were suddenly told there was still a room available. However, the room was in poor condition: the air conditioning didn't work, the toilet seat was loose, the cabinets were literally falling apart, and the bathroom/room hadn't been cleaned. Only the beds were made, but the linens weren't replaced. The breakfast was a complete mess and absolutely subpar. The staff was also very unfriendly. It even felt like we were deliberately treated unkindly. The only positive note: the security guard downstairs was the only one who always greeted us politely. In short: a complete shambles. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

We loved staying here. We were in El Nido for 10 days. The hotel was a good choice because it was great value for money. Friendly helpful staff. Thank you.

The breakfasts were absolutely terrible.
