Seda Lio

Our whole stay at Seda Lio was incredibly relaxing. The resort has everything you need for a perfect island escape and truly allows you to disconnect from everyday life. There are 3 beautiful pools, plenty of beach loungers, kayaks, paddle boards, a spa, game room, golf cart shuttle service…honestly everything you could want for a paradise holiday. One of the biggest advantages is the location. It’s close to El Nido town while still being within walking distance of the restaurants and beach hub at Lio Beach. But what really makes Seda Lio special is the staff. The people here create an unmatched experience. Everyone is kind, polite, helpful, friendly and genuinely positive. From the fantastic breakfast restaurant team, to the excellent pool bar staff, to the attentive housekeeping everyone is constantly looking for ways to make your stay even better. Special shoutout to Lifeguard Eddie (your palm leaf origami skills are really impressive) and to Miggy, who welcomed us on arrival and was always there whenever we needed anything. Thank you both for your kindness, helpful advice and generous hospitality. If you’re looking for a beautiful beachfront resort with crystal-clear water and a team that truly goes above and beyond, Seda Lio is the place to stay. You won’t be disappointed.

Stayed at Seda Lio and honestly the location alone makes it one of the best places to stay in El Nido. It’s only around 5 minutes from the airport, and they offer free airport pick-up and drop-off which made everything so easy and stress-free. Being located in Lio Beach is a huge plus. For me, it’s the best area in El Nido — such a good vibe, very clean, safe, beautiful beach, friendly people, and plenty of nice restaurants and cafés around. It feels much more relaxed and organized compared to the busy town center. The hotel itself was amazing: very clean rooms, excellent service, and a really good breakfast every morning. The staff was kind and attentive throughout the stay. Also, for everything you get, the price is super convenient and definitely worth it. Definitely a place I would come back to and highly recommend to anyone visiting El Nido.

Stunning hotel, far from the center but close to the airport. The hotel staff are very helpful and courteous. There is access to the beach and the sunset from the hotel is stunning, we liked that the hotel offers lots of attractions such as snorkeling, kayaking and free SUP, we used the whole day like that.

A Weekend to Remember! Seda Lio has truly leveled up their game. The resort is extremely serene and peaceful, yet modern and luxurious. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Marc, their seasoned general manager, who gave us a glimpse of what the resort has to offer—without spoiling everything, as he wanted the rest to unfold as a surprise. He curated our entire day, from island hopping and a quick stop at Lagen, to a beautiful beachside dinner to cap off the evening. What made the experience even more special was our dedicated and friendly attendant, Mylene. She’s a cut above the rest—a world-class talent who anticipated our every need. She also shared fascinating stories about the resort’s history and recommended local places to explore. Truly an amazing experience altogether. Highly recommended!

Very quite and very safe area.

Our stay at the Seda Lio was generally pleasant. The very large pool with plenty of sun loungers and the spacious, very clean rooms with extremely comfortable beds were particularly noteworthy. The pool area is definitely inviting for relaxation, even though the water was rather warm and there was unfortunately little shade. The breakfast buffet offers a sufficient selection, allowing for a good start to the day. Dinner in the restaurant, however, was rather average. There is room for improvement regarding the cleanliness of the public areas. More attention could be paid to this, although this is partly in line with local standards. Overall, a good hotel with minor shortcomings, but still recommendable for a relaxing stay in Lio.

Seda Lio was the perfect place to relax after a long trip across Asia. Beautiful sunsets, clean spacious rooms, a relaxing spa, great breakfast, convenient island hopping tours, and amazing hospitality which made stay truly unforgettable.

Cozy, calm, spacious place, great gym and super friendly staff. Excellent pool area and a complete breakfast! Wi-Fi works very well in all areas of the hotel! I just found the room smelling a little musty and unfortunately we agreed to pay for a late checkout and after confirmation from the hotel, they themselves canceled it, saying they no longer had availability.

Seda Lio is a modern beachfront hotel with a relaxed, upscale feel just minutes from El Nido airport. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, though the bathrooms could benefit from a deeper cleaning. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, which adds to the overall experience. The hotel also offers complimentary airport pick-up and drop-off, which is very convenient given how close it is to the airport. The beach is quiet and well-kept, creating a peaceful place to unwind. We even watched a few planes land while sitting on the beach, though it’s not disruptive since flights are infrequent and noise is minimal. Breakfast is okay, with enough variety that everyone should be able to find something to eat. The resort also offers plenty of activities for different ages, making it a good fit for families and couples alike. The layout is also ideal for events and weddings, with open spaces and a natural backdrop that make it easy to see why it’s a popular venue for celebrations. The surrounding Lio area is great for walking and running, adding another nice option for staying active.

It was an all paid trip and 4 day stay. The place is exclusive and very peaceful. The outdoor ameneties were superb however the room does have a strong smell of cockroach cabinet side. Everything else was good, toiletries provided and hair dryer included plus their standard room is big and can accommodate 3 adults.
