One El Nido Suite
Some visitors found the rooms spacious, clean, and enjoyed fantastic views, with staff described as friendly and helpful by a few. However, a significant number of guests reported issues with non-functional air conditioning, overbooking leading to cancelled reservations, and poor value for money. Some also mentioned problems with water pressure and a lack of cooperation from management.

Hotels on El Nido are generally poor value; expensive but with subpar facilities. This hotel was spacious but infested with fleas and bedbugs, and almost all of its air conditioner can’t work, requiring manual drainage. The staff seemed unfazed by these issues. I want to emphasize that I specifically warned the male staff in the yellow uniform (not tall but thin), check in for us, to avoid these problems. However, the room I ended up in had the most issues: the bed was obviously full of bugs, and air conditioner broke at night. I ask to change the room, they ask me to wait for maintenance, which means I have to sleep without air conditioner and sleep in bugs. After lots problems with air conditioner they finally let me change the room. I ended up changing rooms twice, and both rooms had bugs problems but only the first one that I ask him to avoid is the worst. Seems like he pick up the worst room for us intentionally. In short, if you want a pleasant trip, please avoid this hotel.
The rooms are nice, the service is good, but not everything works. We had to change rooms because the air conditioning was broken, so we didn't get the room we wanted. At least we got a small discount on transportation. Breakfast is so-so. Overall, some things are good, some are bad. For the price, it's a bit too poor. Therefore, exactly 3 stars.
What an absolute rubbish management and condition of the hotel. The entire floor rooms of the main lobby don’t have AC working, not even in main lobby area. Their AC don’t work in extreme hotness except one floor rooms where wifi doesn’t work. So the point of having a peaceful stay and paying for full amenities is a big waste here because the rooms which have AC, don’t have wifi and where wifi works there is no AC. Our entire 3 days stay was horrible. They keep pretending to fix the AC but will waste your time. Also the entire management which is just one person was not ready to refund for our miserable stay nor they could fix the issue. Instead They will ask to compensate with a degraded stay. Also the breakfast had very few options and not a full day running kitchen. The only plus point is the location near van pickup and drop stop but far from main market So overall, not at all recommendable !
We booked this hotel months in advance to secure our stay, especially knowing how busy El Nido can get. We traveled all the way from Siargao to El Nido, which took about more than 10 hours, and arrived around 11:30 PM, so my partner and I were extremely exhausted. We were really expecting that everything would be ready for us upon arrival. Unfortunately, our experience at check-in was very disappointing. When we arrived, the receptionist immediately asked if we were a different set of guests. I clarified that we had a booking through Booking.com under my name, Elissa. She then checked both her papers and their system, but said that my name was not there. At that point, I started to feel very anxious, especially because it was already late at night and we knew most accommodations in El Nido were fully booked. I looked at my partner, and he was clearly upset and frustrated as well. The situation was stressful, and we were both exhausted from a long day of travel. The receptionist then called her manager because I insisted that we had a confirmed and paid booking online. I even mentioned that prior to arrival, I had asked about certain amenities (like a mosquito killer), and your staff confirmed availability—so naturally, we assumed everything was properly arranged for our stay. To our surprise, we were told that the hotel was already fully booked, and the only possible option was a room being held for someone else who had not yet arrived. This was very alarming and frustrating for us. At that moment, my partner asked if it was possible that our reserved room had been given to another group, especially since the receptionist mentioned that a group of friends had also booked through Booking.com but did not appear in their system. This raised serious concerns about how bookings are managed. By this time, it was already around 1:00 AM. We were left without a confirmed place to stay, exhausted, stressed, and struggling to find alternative accommodation in an area where most places were already full. This experience was extremely inconvenient and disappointing. After a long journey, the last thing any guest should go through is uncertainty about their reservation—especially when it has already been paid for in advance. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their booking system and coordination with online platforms. No guest should have to experience this kind of situation, especially late at night after a long trip.
Not so much good hotel, management staff was not cooperative they behaved very arrogantly and charged extra for luggage drop..
Rude front desk team. DJ was extremely disrespectful and showed no care or any empathy to the fact that this hotel cancelled our booking. Upon arrival, they blamed booking.com for this mistake that they planned themselves as they intentionally added available rooms even though they were fully booked. We were the fourth group on this day that were affected. The experience nearly ruined our trip and I highly advise you NOT to waste your time in booking this hotel. They have zero class and zero customer service skills. ZERO star hotel.
