we stayed two nights in a private bedroom for two people and had a great time, they even have a good breakfast in the morning and are super nice & helpful, we had also AC.
Great location, but that's about it. Room with damp stains on the walls, old and neglected bathroom, and poor breakfast. If location is your priority, it's fine. If you have other requirements, I wouldn't recommend it.
I would be so happy if your sweet dog could have a place to sleep. The poor dog is unfortunately sleeping outside on the hard ground. Would you want to sleep on the hard ground every night? Dogs appreciate soft sleeping surfaces; please reconsider. Dogs have feelings too.
The location is the hotel's strong point, but be aware that there's a lot of noise from motorcycles, people, etc., all night long. The room is very basic, the bathroom is in very poor condition, and the breakfast is very basic and the same every day.
