The host thinks false advertisements are acceptable without admitting any mistakes. The listing has now been updated, but he will never admit it was his fault. He also distorts the truth in his response. Of course, I don't want the whole house. But I do want two rooms, as listed in the listing, for our 1-year-old daughter so she can sleep peacefully. We left to find another solution. Fortunately, Airbnb refunded me because they also recognize that the host was at fault.

Really disappointing, the woman in charged is highly controlling and very unpleasant to deal with, the house is waaay further than what she posts on the websites and the rooms are literally like road hostels without even private bathrooms, highly overpriced as you can get cheaper nice hotels in the city centre, we will never come back/ recommend, you can get much better for cheaper

I am in love with Rose House. The bed was comfy, but for me the best part was the people. I spent hours talking to them. I literally felt as though I was visiting family. The mother surprised me with a delicious hot chocolate, and a pastry with orange juice for the next morning. The shower pressure felt like a tension reliever. The house had that English cottage feel, something out of a Jane Austen novel.

Super friendly family run business. Everything worked well and located just out of town in a safe quiet location

A 10-minute drive from Ghent city center (conveniently located!). Very friendly owners. Very clean and cozy Christmas decorations. The breakfast is also highly recommended, very extensive!
