Rainbow Sports Film Festival 2027

The Rainbow Sports Film Festival, put on by Pan Idræt and Cinemateket in Copenhagen, happens every year. It's a film festival, pure and simple, for features and documentaries about sports and LGBTQ+ topics.

They use it to tell stories. Stories about queer people in athletics. About diversity and inclusion in sports.

We don't have 2027 dates yet, but it usually lands in late January. Expect a selection of films that make you think, that get into the hard parts and the wins for queer athletes and their communities. It's a way to get people talking. For film buffs and for Copenhagen's queer community, it matters.
