Centrally located hotel in a great location with excellent service, especially from the receptionist in the mornings.

If you want to rest and have a nice room, definitely don't come to this hotel. I had a terrible night! My room was on the 3rd floor, right next to the tram. These trams, which pass by very, very frequently, kept us awake for a good part of the night and into the morning. The hotel is located on a square where there are many homeless people who shout regularly, so needless to say, it's not the right place to get a good night's sleep. It was very hot in the room. I wanted to turn on the air conditioning, but it was impossible because it was stuck. I had to go see the security guard, but in my pajamas at midnight, I didn't really feel like it... As you can imagine, it was impossible to open the windows because of the noise outside. There were traces of mold around the window and in the shower. It was impossible to close the shutters because they were screwed shut. The curtains let in a lot of sunlight, so we were woken up at 6:30 a.m., not to mention the people we could hear in the hallway because it's very poorly soundproofed. Disappointment at breakfast. We arrived around 8:45 am and there was only one table left for three people. We had to squeeze in to eat. The pastries were pre-baked, the fruit juice was store-bought, the pancakes were pre-packaged—nothing special. We will never return to this establishment. I still wonder how they can have three stars. Avoid at all costs!

A wonderful hotel in a stunning city. Visit Strasbourg and you won't be disappointed. The Le Kleber hotel was fabulous. Accommodating, helpful. Large, clean rooms. Great bathroom. Soft comfortable and spacious bed. Breakfast was brilliant . Cannot recommend more highly. Close to tramlines and on Kleber square so occasionally noisy but not unmanageable.

The hotel is very well located, between the train station and the cathedral. Clean. Pleasant welcome. Comfortable room. Just one small drawback: the noise (tram stop next door).

A foul odor was coming from the bathroom and drains. It was a real shame. I wouldn't dare host guests with that smell. Avoid this place.

Everything went very well from the moment we arrived at the hotel. First, they upgraded our room to a higher level (booking), and even though we arrived early, we were able to drop off our luggage and go sightseeing. The rooms were very clean. We didn't have breakfast, but we saw that an average breakfast was provided for a reasonable price. All the staff were friendly. The only issue was that because it's next to the tram station, there was a little noise in the early morning hours, but it wasn't that bothersome. You can stay here with peace of mind.

Breakfast service is good. There are no mini-fridges in the rooms.

Very bright and well-equipped room. Impeccably clean. Excellent place to stay.
