Perfect for a short city break.

A nice but functional hotel in a good location in Braunschweig. The owner is very attentive to her guests and provides information on things to see and do in Braunschweig. The rooms are very functional but clean. Breakfast is also offered.

The room was very small, and so was the bathroom – more like a worker's room. Too expensive for what it is.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. It's very centrally located yet quiet. We received a very friendly welcome and wonderful information about what to see and do in Braunschweig. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was ample, delicious, and varied. We wish the staff all the best and would gladly stay at the Altstadthotel Wienecke again on our next visit to Braunschweig.

The accommodation was perfectly price-performance ratio. Good location.

Very nice service - easily accessible, in the middle of the city. Badsha (Indian restaurant) right nearby. Easy to park 2 motorbikes in the backyard. Safe. Quiet area. Recommended!!

Very centrally located in Braunschweig: Bohlweg and the castle are just 5 minutes away. Very friendly and helpful staff. My daughter and family stayed in a room with two baby cots and an extra bed. I was able to pick up two keys before arriving. There are numbered parking spaces, so you know where to park your car in advance. The family slept very well. The manager and reception staff were fantastic! This is what service looks like! We would be happy to accommodate our guests here again in the future!

Nice hotel, with a top hostess. Right in the center, yet quiet. And the icing on the cake: full private parking for the motorcycles.
