Awful service. The worst customer service experience. Ruthless waiter. Drag Mistique at the entrance was super nice and the people working at the bar. However the barman/boucer/manager at the entrance assigning tables was the rudest (red hair / red beard) We left after giving a small sip to the cocktails.

After visiting bars and clubs across 29 countries, Bar Lola in Düsseldorf truly stood out. As a foreigner, I received genuine 5-star service from Francesco even in the afternoon, which made the experience even more memorable. His Italian background and cocktail knowledge introduced me to amazing Italian cocktails I would’ve never ordered myself. Highly recommend Bar Lola to anyone visiting Düsseldorf, especially foreigners looking for great hospitality and an authentic experience!
