AIDS-Hilfe Karlsruhe e.V. is the city's HIV/AIDS-service and sexual-health organisation, operating the ZeSIA centre (Zentrum für sexuelle Gesundheit, Identität und Aufklärung) at Sophienstraße 102 in the Weststadt.
