Urban Donkey Hotel

The hotel is close to the city center and easy to find. We had a room in the basement which was good value for money. The basement smells a bit damp but it is bearable. Service is good

Very nice apartments, 5 stars for cleanliness, and excellent communication with the owner. Even though the apartments are off the beaten track, it's quiet and comfortable even late at night. I recommend it.

I enjoyed staying at the Urban Donkey Hotel for 4 nights. I had a small issue with outside city noise during the night and with the air conditioning not working very well. The location of the hotel is great, and both the room and common areas were clean. There were no problems with late check-in or late check-out. There was also free water available daily at the reception desk.

I stayed 5 days. The room is clean, nice service, cleaning upon request and the location is close to the metro as well. However the bad things are the smell of old wood and old building is really bad at the bathroom, the smell in the room as well but I open the window and let the smell out of the room but the bathroom has no window also there is central heating but NO AC and we are in end of April few times I couldn’t even sleep due to heat and insects. I took a room with a big balcony , so I don’t think there is a better room in this building than mine. It was not disaster however, I wouldn’t come back here again.

Clean and pleasant space near the center with easy access!

The Urban Donkey is an absolute winner in terms of value for money in Thessaloniki. Great rooms, good location not far from the metro. And with a room facing the back, it's also very quiet. Parking can be found with a little patience.

Modern and clean hotel, value for money. Good location. Kind stuff. Highly recommend
