Hello, Both my friends and myself really enjoyed our stay. I just realized though that I might have left a black camera charger in our room. Is there anyway you could fax it for me? Of course, I will pay for any expenses of the fax and a trouble fee. Sincerely with hope, Hailey

This is a really great place to stay when visiting Lisbon. The apartment is spacious and nicely furnished. The location is close to the major tourist areas and the view is fabulous. It made our visit to Lisbon really enjoyable. There are only a couple of things that can be improved: 1. Have a microwave. With a toddler we needed to warm milk several times a day and not having a microwave was inconvenient. 2. Luggage storage. We needed to store our luggage on our last day after checking out and the location of the storage was far and impossible to take luggage to without taking a car! There needs to be a better luggage storage service, or at least recommend a place close by even if it costs money.

This is a beautiful apartment in a perfect location. The room was comfortable and the staff was super great. My bedroom, the front one, has a gorgeous view over the city. It is a little loud late which I could sleep through but my friend had to wear ear plugs- (there are a lot of popular restaurants call around) The bus and trolley stop right out front and our apartment was directly above a bakery with fresh lattes. I highly recommend!

It's on a hill. It has air conditioning and is very comfortable.

Amazing Stay!!! We were here in the off season so the outside crowds during the day were not too bad. The view was unbelievable and the service and response time from the staff was perfect. They informed us when they would be in to clean and gave us a large list of recommendations for places to eat. There is also a bakery right below the apartments where you can get all of the tarts!! It does get loud in the alley beside the building during the weekend at night (lots of party people) as there are some bars located behind, but the windows and stuff did a great job dampening this sound. They also provided ear plugs in the bathroom if needed. If you are a light sleeper, it may be tricky for you but the apartment and view was well worth any noise we had heard.

The apartment was gorgeous: clean, meticulously maintained, spacious, and in a perfect location for exploring the city. The staff was always helpful and friendly. The team pays great attention to every little detail, which made our stay comfortable and stress-free. Communication was excellent from start to finish — clear, prompt, and very helpful, making us feel well taken care of even before we arrived. The apartment was beautifully maintained and thoughtfully prepared. We felt genuinely welcomed and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Lisbon!

Great views in a fantastic location with a walk-around balcony from bedroom, living room, and kitchen. Walkable to all the major areas and nice restaurants. Amazing staff who respond quickly.

Very spacious apartment with all necessities, including AC, washer dryer, elevator. Service prompt and good. Instructions for entry and use were clear. Excellent location. Although the area has a vibrant night scene, thick double-glazed windows blocked most noise out.

Lovely apartments in the old town. Large boisterous nightlife on the weekends in the streets, but the place has such great sound insulation that you'd never know it if you keep the windows closed. Complete kitchen and a washer/dryer (though the dryer is really a high revolution spin cycle, so no heat). Great shower, fabulous views of Lisbon from the balcony. I'd definitely come here again!
