Excellent 2 day stay in Lisbon. Well equipped, comfortable apartment and excellent position in Bairro Alto - up a hill but amazing view over the city Everything on line and never met anyone so a bit impersonal but communication was very good and instructions clear Would definitely stay again.

Material issues experienced with (no) electricity, reported at 9am and only fixed at 5pm same day, than blackouts again at night and the next morning before it got fixed again (this time for real). Extremely inconvenient and while customer service was friendly, follow-up/remedy was not adequate.

The flat is very lovely, the rooms are nice and big, we got a nice gift box with jam, honey, crackers, coffee ect and a bottle of wine. They have thought about everything even giving earplugs as there is a little market across the road from the flat that have people there till 11pm on saturday it's later so it's a lively area, lots of food places to eat and drink, great place for transport; bus, tram and Lisbon hop on hop off bus. Is the top of the hill but easy to walk downhill to get to Chiado that has supermarkets and shopping.

Excellent location but on the first floor you can hear too much external noise due to the square in front

We had a wonderful experience in Lisbon. Everything was great. The apartment we stayed in was lovely. The hospitality was fantastic. We received very quick answers to all our questions. Areas for improvement We couldn't turn on the air conditioning for heating purposes. We followed all the instructions. The heaters in the house were sufficient. There was noise until late on Friday and Saturday nights. I wasn't too bothered, but my friends woke up. There are earplugs in the bathroom. Also, a solution should be found for leaving luggage elsewhere.
