An absolutely amazing modern restaurant in Lisbon. Food was beautifully presented, stripped back simple ingredients that were well conceived dishes. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants brilliantly executed and tasty modern food. This restaurant is on track for a Michelin star.

The quality, the technique of the starters, main courses, desserts, and the ambiance were exceptional. The vol-au-vent, the steak tartare, the prawn and caviar bread, the tarte tatin, and the mille-feuille were particularly noteworthy.

We're very close to getting our first Michelin star. Delicious and inventive, with reasonable prices for cuisine of this quality. Reservations are essential.

Food is exceptional. Pork with potatoes, tomato salad starter, and pistachio dessert. We’ve eaten at many places, but this has the open concept which is quite luxurious and gives it a creative Brooklyn vibe. Atmosphere is like ‘The Bear,’ but done well without chaos and executed with ease.

The quality/price ratio could be improved

Everything was superb! From the bread (warm) to the dessert (an amazing torte tatin), from the amuse bouche to the dishes, it was an exceptional experience. The place is simple and welcoming, the service friendly and professional, you feel right at home.

Very, very good and sophisticated plates in a open kitchen restaurant. Very smart menu with not too many options which allows focus, quality and fast delivery. Notable wine list with prices for all pockets. I feel always at home and well received knowing in advance I will have a tier 1 meal. Hope that Michelin discovers them but hope they won’t at the same time
