Lisbon Rentals Real

Our worst ever experience in Europe. The flat has a very bad smell inside; the view declared in booking.com is a lie; you are facing a concrete structure from your window and behind concrete structure is a view which you don’t see. The flat is poorly furnished. The cracking bed with tiny pillows. The light are very dark as if you are in a night club. We book the flat for 3 people, but they never bother to bring three towels and three blankets and bed sheet. On our calls they were very rudely answering we will bring tomorrow. Tomorrow they were not responding our calls.

Very nice appartment in central Lisbon. Easy checking-in by kiosk but had to chase them for the codes that should have been emailed 48 hours before arrival.

Unfortunately it was only a one night stay...and I mean that...it was a shame because I could have stayed much longer and will certainly visit again. The front desk staff was very friendly and very helpful and the room (Principe Real) was spotlessly clean and a very good size for me, me and me. Although I didn't really get to use the kitchen as I only stayed one night it was good to know what amenities were available for my next stay. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was also very clean and a decent size. I can't fault my stay at all - I will definitely book here again :)

The room infrastructure is very good, completely up to the hotel standard, especially the air conditioning system is very good, the facilities in the bathroom and kitchen are of good quality, the tableware is complete, equipped with salt and sugar, welcome cookies and water, the room is very clean, all staffs are working hard, they are the pride of the hotel. This neighborhood is quiet, you can reach many attractions on foot, there are restaurants downstairs, and there is a large supermarket ten minutes walk.

It's a charmless apartment with a worn out sofa and patched cheap wooden floors and wonky blinds that don't always work. Nice bath and bed and decent understocked kitchen. Great location on a surprisingly quiet street. Daily service is nice and the staff are helpful and friendly. A place to stay but not remember
