via Stay22About this place Lisbon Rentals Real
Lisbon Rentals Real rents gay-friendly apartments in Lisbon’s old buildings, all redone to mix modern comfort with the original architecture.
You’re not in a hotel here. You get an apartment, which means more freedom, more like having your own place. That’s good if you’re staying a while, or just want to set your own schedule. You’ll have all the up-to-date stuff you need, but you’ll be in a building that feels like old Lisbon.
The Rua da Imprensa Nacional address puts you right in the middle of things, so it's easy to get to the city’s different neighborhoods, sights, and gay-friendly spots.
Lisbon is a welcoming place for queer travelers. It has a proud LGBTQ+ community and lots to see and do. If you’re here for the culture, the nightlife, the food, or just the city’s relaxed vibe, having a proper apartment as your base gives you comfort and independence. It’s particularly good for groups or couples who want more room and privacy than a hotel room usually gives you.

Very well located
Very nice clean apartments
Fleas/barnacles infested our room 501 on the third floor. Reception is unresponsive and offers no solution.
The apartment is comfortable, but I'm extremely intrigued that the very thing I requested I didn't want was the very thing they gave me. I immediately felt it was rude of whoever assigned the apartment. I asked to check out later, but there was no way I could. I arrived later because it was humanly impossible to cross the city in less time since I was running the Lisbon Half Marathon and the traffic was horrendous. They were understanding, but my recommendation is that they not be so rigid about check-out times because you never know what might happen to a guest. They should allow some flexibility, whether they like it or not. Regarding my initial request, I told them I didn't want a noisy room, and that's exactly what they gave me. It was spectacular, but you can hear absolutely everything from the street. The location is fantastic and has everything for a comfortable stay, but I detest this reluctance to grant requests. It feels very hostile, and it's not a cheap place. I'm not asking for a discount, but I would appreciate kind and courteous treatment.
