Our worst ever experience in Europe. The flat has a very bad smell inside; the view declared in booking.com is a lie; you are facing a concrete structure from your window and behind concrete structure is a view which you don’t see. The flat is poorly furnished. The cracking bed with tiny pillows. The light are very dark as if you are in a night club. We book the flat for 3 people, but they never bother to bring three towels and three blankets and bed sheet. On our calls they were very rudely answering we will bring tomorrow. Tomorrow they were not responding our calls.

The place is well-managed and has everything for a comfortable stay for a group of four. Parking is available right outside almost every day. The nearest parking garage is an 8-minute walk away. After that, it's an uphill climb from anywhere in Lisbon. It's a good place to exercise. It could use a little (very little) maintenance.

Nice, spacious rooms with a good terrace. Everything is well taken care of, only hygiene could be better. There is an elevator, but it's not the biggest.

Beware! I got a ground-floor apartment with three windows that look like shop windows, but only one opens onto the street, so you can never open it. The only ventilation is from the central air conditioning. The headboard of the bed faces the building's garbage room (it's only separated by a tiny wall), and you wake up every time someone comes in to take out their trash. It's a complete rip-off disguised as a modern rental building. There's no reception or anyone to complain to, especially if you arrive on a Sunday afternoon. Virtual reception staff answer the phone and tell you to wait two hours for them to fix the non-functioning safe. If you email them, they might offer a fan as an alternative to air out the apartment. In short, not recommended at all—noisy and poorly managed. Scammers!

Very nice appartment in central Lisbon. Easy checking-in by kiosk but had to chase them for the codes that should have been emailed 48 hours before arrival.

Very disappointed with the apartment, which doesn't have the terrace or the view shown in the photos and is located on the ground floor. Furthermore, the accommodation is called "Apartment Service," but there's no one at reception; it's an online service. We didn't receive the access code that was supposed to be sent beforehand, and no one answered our phone for 20 minutes while we were checking in. The operator on the phone was very unpleasant and showed no interest in our situation. I do not recommend it.

Beautiful, comfortable apartment, convenient for 3 people in the Principe Real area, highly recommended. I stayed with my family from 17 to 20 August 2025.
