Old Manse Hotel

The hotel staff were very accomodating and they also made us comfortable through out our stay

Starting our mornings with that gorgeous river view was definitely a highlight of our trip! Jaymee was an incredible host who went above and beyond to keep us comfortable—from bringing extra towels to checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. The level of care and attention to detail here is simply fantastic

A huge thanks to the staff of Old manse hotel. We had a great time during our team vacation. Everything from the rooms to the dining experience was flawless.

After being turned away elsewhere, we found The Old Manse. Isabel greeted us with the biggest smile and managed to fit our party in despite the late hour. The hospitality here is unmatched!

Excellent location but thats the only good thing about the place. Paint peeling off the walls in our rooms, mould in the bathroom. Threadbare carpets throughout. Avoid.

Came lastweek .. terrible customer service standards.. it’s the female behind the bar .. her dismissive attitude is appalling. Doesn’t sit well considering the lovely setting. This one off the list . The setting is just a front

Popped in recently on a visit to bourton on the water , pub seemed a little less busy than the others , so we decided to eat there and have a drink , I wish we'd of gone somewhere else , the tables were dirty , the floor wasnt clean , the food was average at best , clearly microwaved as it came out to us in less than 10 minutes when they said there was a 30 minute wait , and the toilets were absolutely filthy , the place itself is run down and seems very uncared for ... this pub could be so much more than it is , overall a little disappointed, and we both wish we'd of eaten somewhere else

Amazing place, great food and the waiter `Lau` was amazing providing great service. Definitely recommend.

Five stars for the service! Laurențiu was our server tonight and he was absolutely brilliant. He was super attentive without being intrusive and had a great energy. He really made our evening special. Highly recommended!"
