1412 Hotel Boutique

I stayed at this boutique hotel and the experience was very positive. The service is excellent, always attentive and friendly. The room (I had room 304, on the third floor) is very quiet and has everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The bathroom is spacious, with a shower that has very good water pressure, which is a real plus. In the morning, they offer a simple breakfast that they bring to your room: toast, pastries, jam, and butter. It's adequate and convenient. As an improvement, I would suggest one detail: the table only has one chair. Adding another chair or considering a mobile table that can be brought closer to the bed would make breakfast more comfortable. Beyond that, I was very satisfied. The staff were friendly and helpful. It's a place I recommend and will return to.

A hotel with good service, friendly staff, reasonable quality and price, and comfortable, well-equipped rooms. One negative point is the breakfast area; it's extremely small and offers very little variety.

Located near Pellegrini, always with people coming and going. A 15-minute walk to the pedestrian areas. Parking one block away, always available. Safe to walk around. Quiet hotel with excellent service. They pay attention to every detail. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful and comfortable stay; everything was very convenient. Sandra, who greeted us, was very warm and friendly. The room was very comfortable and clean; we will definitely return when we go to Rosario.

Very nice place, excellent service and attention. We needed medical assistance and they attended to us very well and quickly. The reception staff were very helpful.
