It was very good. The staff was very friendly. The hotel was spotless.

It's NOT a 4-star hotel. That's a lie. (See regulations...) The window facing the hallway was broken. The only person we saw came to try and fix it, but after a long time, they gave up. It was clear it had been broken for a while. The TV didn't work... We changed rooms. The AC didn't work; the remote control was dead. We had to wait for a room change... From the moment we arrived and were settled in, we were ALONE for over an hour. The breakfast was dry: we had to ask for a coffee bag. No juice, no fruit. Yogurt, cheese/ham. Croissant and toast. Nobody regulates conditions in Rosario. DO NOT GO.

The rooms are spacious, very comfortable, and cozy. The bathrooms are too. The shower water is great, with an easily adjustable temperature. The breakfast was VERY poor. The croissants were reheated and stale. The toast was cold. There was no juice or yogurt. The coffee came in sachets, and that was it. The lady who greeted us on Saturday was lovely. Sunday's breakfast was also poor.

I was there for work a week ago, and I doubt I'll return. Next time I'd be in Rosario. The staff was very friendly, but the facilities aren't the best. The bathroom was very nice, but the rest of the room was rather neglected and had poor ventilation. Aside from that, a major drawback is its location right in the city center and the lack of parking or any kind of parking agreement. They send you to a garage two blocks away, but charge you as if you weren't staying at the hotel, so there's no real agreement. The breakfast is bad, with little variety and poor quality. I found the price-to-quality ratio to be high.
