Hotel Ros Tower

I stayed on May 18th. The hotel was very nice, the service adequate, and the location very convenient. At check-in, they asked for my documents and a credit card for any extra expenses I might incur. I returned home and started receiving emails from the bank for charges made with that card. It's a shame they have a dishonest employee stealing customers' credit card information.

Our stay was very good; I can't say anything was wrong. The service was excellent! The breakfast buffet was superb, and the restaurant staff was excellent! The room was very spacious, with large beds. The bathroom was super comfortable. I have to mention that they knocked on our door to ask if we needed towels or anything else. I recommend having lunch or dinner at the restaurant; the food is excellent and very reasonably priced.

Very nice hotel, the rooms were huge, and the location is excellent. The only thing I didn't like was that the heating was very strong; I was hot all night. Perhaps it would be better for people who are sensitive to the cold. The breakfast was good, with a variety of options. I would go back, but in the summer to try the pool, which looked very nice.
