About this place Hotel Ros Tower

Argentina was the first country in Latin America to legalise same-sex marriage, in 2010, and remains one of the region's most progressive and LGBTQ+-welcoming nations. Buenos Aires is widely regarded as the gay capital of Latin America, and the country's diverse landscapes — from the wine regions of Mendoza to Patagonia's dramatic wilderness — make it one of the most rewarding travel destinations in the world.

The rooms are terrible, the toilet and bidet don't work, the shower floods the entire bathroom, the price for the poor service is outrageous, the elevators are constantly stuck, I absolutely do not recommend it

I'm only talking about the spa itself. I went in winter. The cold massage room, the cold ozone room, and the lounge area after your massage are uncomfortable and unwarm. It only fits two people at a time, and if someone else comes along, you feel cramped. It's located inside a room made entirely of gray marble with two small windows, making it a cold and unwelcoming space, at least in my opinion. We paid for a spa day from 11 am to 7 pm, and after three hours, you don't know what to do or where to stay for a drink or to read a book, so you have to leave. Furthermore, the place doesn't live up to the standards of a 5-star hotel. You expect something that isn't there! The robes were torn and worn, and the towels were very used, although clean! I didn't feel comfortable or relaxed. I wouldn't go back!
