Casa Blu is a place you always want to return to. We stayed at the hotel the weekend of February 14th, and from the moment we entered, the experience was on another level; it feels like stepping back in time. The facilities are welcoming, meticulously maintained, clean, and elegant. Every detail reflects the owners' dedication to providing a high-quality experience. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with the option to choose your preferred egg style (fried, scrambled, poached, or soft-boiled), which is a real plus. I would especially like to mention Rodrigo's hospitality; he made us feel right at home. His kindness, friendliness, and helpfulness make us want to return to the hotel as soon as possible.

Probably the most stylish house we've ever stayed in. And all the staff are incredibly friendly. CasaBlu is beautifully furnished, spacious, with fantastic sightlines, a stunning garden, and a gorgeous balcony (plus a "living room") at the very top of the house offering a magnificent view across the entire bay. The decor and architecture are truly remarkable, and the house is a joy to explore. The coffee table books available are also very interesting. Highly recommended, and we'd gladly return anytime!

A wonderful boutique hotel! My girlfriend and I were delighted with our stay over the weekend of February 14th. The place is beautiful, inviting, and boasts a lovely heritage design. The room was excellent, very clean and spacious, and the bathroom was spotless. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety and high quality. A special mention goes to the different types of eggs they offer, which are a real plus—exquisite! Perhaps they could offer a bar service in the future, as the space is beautiful and they could take advantage of the ocean view from the 4th floor. I want to especially highlight the service provided by Rodrigo, one of the hotel's hosts. He was truly an exceptional employee, attending to us impeccably with such kindness and care that it made us want to return. I believe his attention is a major factor in the hotel's pleasant and charming atmosphere. My sincere thanks for his impeccable service.

Location: perfect Service: very pleasant, the staff are smiling and respectful. The hotel's art direction is truly high quality; it's very, very beautiful. An extremely pleasant stay. I highly recommend it without hesitation.

Lovely boutique hotel. At least in the suite the bed is large and comfortable, and the view is expansive and beautiful.

If you want a great view over the city of Valparaiso this place will provide that in spades. The breakfast buffet and staff service were excellent. Fresh juice was very tasty. Very friendly staff who are personable and kind. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Amazing hospitality, beautifully decorated old house now a 12 suite hotel in one of the top areas of Valparaiso with great restaurants and bars, lots of up and down walking, shopping and the great Immigration Museum of Valparaiso.

Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience with customer service. We were charged for an extra night due to a communication error on the part of the hotel management. We had requested a change to our reservation (one day less) well in advance and within the established timeframe, and they confirmed that everything was OK. Upon seeing the additional charge, we notified them, and their explanation was that it was the customer's responsibility to check with the booking platform. They never mentioned this (in fact, they told us that everything was ready with the modification), and when we complained, they apologized because the person who assisted us was in their first week of work. We have been waiting a week for the refund we are owed, even though the hotel received the payment correctly and was aware of the reservation change, which was made within the required timeframe.
