AQUA Hotel Sauna

+ Sauna is good and beautiful and the personal is friendly - Unfortunately this hotel is not recommended to stay over (WC does not flush, WC does not have a tape to sit, room looks old and dirty, really cold, no warm water) + I recommend just use Sauna, Gym. and Pool during the day.

Terrible service. They offered breakfast as part of the package, but out of four days, we only received it once. On the first day, they apologized in advance, but not on the other days. They only cleaned one day, and there was no hot water. The worst part was one day when I was feeling unwell and asked for a cup of hot water to make coca tea. They told me it would arrive in an hour (8 pm). They sent me a message at 1 am saying they were sorry but had just arrived. They didn't have a microwave to heat food, nor a complaints book. It's very unfortunate that they are irresponsible and take advantage of the high demand in La Candelaria without providing adequate service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

Terrible service and dirty rooms.

I requested a refund. The bathroom was small, the shower was above the toilet and dirty, there was no hot water, they gave me a hand towel, and water leaked into the room. We didn't use the hotel; it looked extremely dirty and unpleasant. To get in, you had to go through the showers on the first floor, which made it very private. For the same price, we found a hotel a block away with better service. The receptionist was rude and had no customer service. In the end, she told us we shouldn't have booked with them.

The hostel itself is fine, it looks clean and well-maintained, but they gave us a room where the toilet didn't have a lid, and when I went downstairs to ask for another room, the receptionist was gone (we arrived at 10 pm). They could at least have the decency not to give out rooms like that or fix it as soon as possible. The hot water in the shower takes too long to come out, and then it's difficult to regulate the temperature.
