VOYA Boutique Hotel

The VOYA Boutique hotel is an oasis, providing an escape from the hustle and bustle of the tourist centre of Havana. The standard of the hotel is that of a high-end hotel that would not be out of place in top European destinations. The atmosphere is warm and relaxed with a strong attention to detail, the rooms are spacious and spotless with very comfortable beds, the staff are friendly and kind, always going the extra mile . This hotel is excellent value for money, and would be would be my top choice in Havana. (Side note: the recent power issues in Havana have not affected this hotel.)

The place is beautiful, two restored old houses that retain many original details, making it truly unique. All the staff are very attentive and willing to help with any issues. We ate at the restaurant many times because the food is delicious and there's a wide variety of dishes. Despite the power outages, we always had electricity and internet, which was important for us since we were on a business trip. I would stay here again without hesitation.

We spent three days at this beautiful hotel and were extremely satisfied with the excellent service. From the front desk staff, who were very courteous and professional, attentive to every detail to please the guests, to the waiters, doormen, and bar staff. We even had the opportunity to meet Javier, the owner, and he was truly dedicated to ensuring his guests enjoyed their stay. We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the hotel, from the peaceful atmosphere at bedtime to the generous size of the beds. The breakfast was a 10/10. Room service was fantastic. The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel itself was superb. Overall, a wonderful atmosphere. Thank you so much for the wonderful time we had. We will definitely be back. We wholeheartedly recommend the Voya Boutique Hotel to anyone who wants to experience its beauty.

Voya Boutique Hotel was nothing short of amazing! It is the perfect accommodation for anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing experience, especially if you are an American citizen. It was one of the few hotels that is privately owned and managed, which means those of us from the U.S. are permitted to stay there. The hotel was absolutely STUNNING and centrally located, so it was easy to get around, via taxi or car service. The staff was more than accommodating from booking, up to our departure back home. They made our stay quite memorable. It was my husband’s birthday and they made him feel extra special from the moment we entered our beautiful room, even at dinner where they sang happy birthday to him and brought out a cappuccino with his photo in the froth. He says it was his best birthday and vacation ever… as we’ve travelled all over the world, so that definitely says a lot. Jorge and staff, thank you all for creating something so special in Havana. We will definitely be back.

Staff was amazing and very attentive to all of our needs. Location was great, rooms very clean and comfortable. We felt very safe there and encourage everyone to visit Voyager and Cuba and meet these lovely and caring people.

Not just the best hotel in Cuba, it’s one of the best boutique hotels I’ve ever stayed. Rooms are great. The bar is top notch and the food is great!

VOYA was the perfect place to stay. From the staff to the food to the overall exceptional service/quality, I would recommend this to anyone.
