The Lodge at Lookout Mountain

The room was very spacious, the beds were comfortable, there is a yard and sitting area out back with a grill and fire pit. The lodge is located in a convenient location, but is right on the road. You do get road noise and getting out of the parking lot can be tricky, because it's right on a curve, so be patience getting out of the parking area.

Great location. Needs a little more attention.

We spent 2 nights at the lodge. The room is nice and very clean. They've updated the rooms with nice amenities. We didn't use the kitchenette but it's nice to have in case you do need it. The air worked, the shower had great pressure and was hot. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The walls are thin so you hear a lot from the neighbors--talking and doors slamming. We made noise so they would realize it! The communication ahead of check-in was excellent. We had no issues. We were overall pleased. The CAUTION---Cummins Hwy is a major "speedway". The motel is right beside it. And I mean a few feet away. It is risky leaving the parking lot. It's easier at night because you see headlights. During the day, you better peel out and pray because the motel is also in a curve which makes visibility low. The traffic noise can definitely be heard at all times. It's just a caution when choosing this location because there's nothing they can do about it. It's close and convenient to everything.

Great place to stay. Very clean. Great service. Be mindful of the room size. I know next time to get a double bed as the king rooms are a bit small. Great views. A mile away from all attractions. I will be booking with them again.

This is a hidden gem in the heart of Chattanooga. Its affordable, quiet and the staff was helpful and kind. Its within a short 20-30 minute walk from anything in the downtown area you want to do.

Great place to stay for the location, close to Ruby Falls and many place to eat within a 2 minute drive. Now when we arrived we only had One towel and hand towel and wash clothe but I call them and they got what we need asap. Definitely will stay again. Rooms are clean and very nice.

Rooms are nice and location is 5 to 30 min away from most attractions and restaurants they is a nice area in the back with tables and fire pit with over look off the mountain the only issues we had was not enough towels but we called the service number and went on our adventure for the day and when we arrived back at the lodge there were more towels people on other reviews complained about road noise but during our stay the road noise wasn't an issue. It didn't keep us awake at night. The place can be kinda hard to get out of when leaving depending on the time of day you are coming and going because of all the travelers coming on and off the mountain but it's not that big an issue. Over all this was a great place we will definitely stay here again when we are traveling back in this area.

Good location, and trendy updates inside the room. Slightly overpriced for a spruced up motel room. Room was small, but fine. No place to sit. If you're only staying one night it may not be worth all the necessary correspondence. More leg work than Airbnb. I received multiple emails and texts. (If you're lonely, you may enjoy the constant communication.) I also am not a fan of being charged for a cleaning fee, then having so many cleaning rules in the contract, including taking the trash out.

This is a really nice place to stay and rooms are nice and clean. Management kept in touch and gave information needed for the stay.we stayed Labor Day weekend so traffic was hectic at the location but other than that no complaints. Also it was conveniently located! Will stay again!!
