OUTSOUTH è il festival cinematografico queer del Carolina Theatre of Durham. È iniziato nel 1995 come "A Salute to Pride" e si è svolto come North Carolina Gay and Lesbian Film Festival dal 1996 al 2019. Il teatro lo definisce il secondo festival cinematografico LGBTQ+ più grande del Sud-est.
Il programma mescola lungometraggi, documentari e blocchi di cortometraggi distribuiti su quattro giorni, tutti proiettati nelle sale del teatro nel centro di Durham. I biglietti singoli costavano $15 nel 2026, con un abbonamento per 5 film a $60.
La 31ª edizione si è svolta dal 13 al 16 agosto 2026. Le date del 2027 non sono ancora state annunciate. Il festival si è tenuto ad agosto negli ultimi anni.
