The Palace Brunch on weekends is a Miami institution: bottomless mimosas, drag performances, and the art deco backdrop of Ocean Drive's 1930s hotels. The bar attracts a mixed crowd that includes both dedicated LGBTQ+ visitors and straight tourists drawn in by the spectacle. During Miami Beach Pride in April, Palace's Ocean Drive terrace is the epicentre of the celebration — the performances extend through the day and the crowd becomes a permanent fixture on the block.
