Extremely Disappointing Experience – Pathetic Service and Unacceptable Delays! Never expected such a substandard experience from Hotel Centre Point, Nagpur. We came here for dinner with family around 9:00 PM, and our dinner was only wrapped up by 11:30 PM. It took them an agonizing 1.5 hours just to serve the starters. Making a family wait this long during dinner hours is completely unacceptable and frustrating. The staff seemed totally unprofessional and indifferent; despite multiple follow-ups, there was no proper response or accountability. For a hotel of this reputation, having such slow, careless service is outrageous. It completely ruined our evening. If you are planning a relaxed family dinner, look elsewhere. Total waste of time and money! Rating: 1/5

Very Close to the airport, extremely friendly staff and they go the extra mile. Special thanks to Joseph at the reception , who was very kind to organise a snack pack and an airport drop at 0430 AM.
