General maintenance and property upkeep are taking a toll, detracting from the overall ambiance. Most notably, the restaurant cleanliness falls well short of the standards expected from a Le Méridien property. ​Dining & Service: While the dining spaces are present, the buffet service lacks attentiveness. During peak times, the staff can easily get overwhelmed, resulting in delayed responses and a less-than-seamless hospitality experience. ​Summary: ​Le Méridien Nagpur is a property with a lot of potential, but it currently struggles with execution. With a firmer focus on rigorous housekeeping, routine maintenance, and attentive service training, it could easily become a standout destination rather than just a convenient transit stop.

This is an updated review. An earlier review of mine was critical of the maintenance of the facilities, esp the shared areas. I Stayed at Le Meridien for four months in a suite. At first the building and shared areas were very poorly maintained. But as the stay continued on, the hotel management did a great job addressing my concerns and worked very hard to upgrade the hotel, including new carpets, better maintenance cleanup, cleaning the ductwork, and better housekeeping of common areas. So now I give them an excellent rating. Le Meridien has a very curteous staff and they have greatly improves the hotel.

It was my first time here, really liked the experience, the chef prepared a special cake for me really loved the experience.

Ambience and staff behaviour is very nice, but buffet spread and taste was not upto the mark for a hotel of this kind.
