The first time we got a corner room it was quiet and good and it was perfect so we came back. This time we got a room trapped between two rooms which means the balcony is between two balconies and it is just a nightmare. Both parties were talking on their cell phones at a reasonable volume and I came to rest in silence and unfortunately I couldn't fall asleep I had to hear all the conversations they were having.... On the balconies! When I'm in the room. I'm not talking about the fact that there is no privacy on the balcony.. when it is not a corner room. The place is perfect, the location is perfect. It is important when choosing to come to ask for the corner room on the floor - I understood that it is a family room. Anyone who wants peace should think twice.

We took 40 rooms for an organized event, everyone loved the hotel, the view is like a postcard, the rooms are huge even the simplest ones, and the highlight is the service! The highest level of service, the staff is so pleasant, Yael and Sanunit are so cheerful, everything was on time, everything was simple, endless treats for everyone, recommended to anyone who wants to come both for a private vacation and for an organized event for any reason.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel ✨ The hotel is cozy, clean and tidy, the service is courteous and the atmosphere is good. We really enjoyed our stay and the warm attitude of the staff. Definitely a good experience and recommended! 💚

The location is excellent, the rooms are large and spacious, but I must say that the service at the reception is appalling to say the least. Lack of care, unpleasant response, very disappointing to this hotel, we probably won't return. The food is nice, nothing more. Small dining room and unvarying meals.

Great hotel. Large rooms and a huge balcony. Delicious food, although everything was cold on the first evening. We received compensation. On Friday there was a really good meal. The breakfasts are also good. Part of the day there are free cold sweet drinks in the lobby. Attentive and professional service. Quite a large free parking lot. It should be noted that the hotel was not busy. There is no access to the beach itself, only to the promenade.

Excellent place We come with the whole family twice a year and are always happy to come back again and again. The food is excellent, the service is above and beyond. It's always fun to come back.

A shocking experience and lack of responsibility on the part of the hotel! I arrived at the Island Hotel Netanya as an escort for my daughter, a disabled IDF soldier, as part of treatments through the Ministry of Defense. We were given a dirty room with leftovers from previous guests, and we had to ask for bleach and clean it ourselves. Later, we discovered a cockroach in the room. We tried repeatedly to reach the reception with no response, and only at 2 am did the hotel's security guard arrive to help. On Saturday morning, we went to get treatment for typhoid fever. When we returned to the dining room, it turned out that lunch had been served and dinner would not be served. The hotel did not bother to inform us in advance that dinner would not be served on Saturday so that we could prepare accordingly. Following the sequence of events, we decided to leave. When we asked to check out, the reception manager refused to give us a residence permit, which was required for the refund for the three remaining nights that had been paid in advance! Almost a year of inquiries, phone calls, and transferring responsibility from one party to another, and to this day, there is no confirmation and no refund! Beyond the difficult experience, the most outrageous thing is the hotel's lack of responsibility and lack of real response, especially when it comes to hosting a disabled IDF soldier within the framework of the Ministry of Defense. A shameful and disappointing experience. I will not return and will not recommend!

The rooms are suites with a kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms and a really large balcony overlooking the sea. The staff is kind, there is parking, the atmosphere is quiet and relaxed.

We arrived at the hotel directly after our wedding, at 02:00. When we made the reservation, we informed them several times that it was the night after the wedding, and asked them to take this into account. Despite this, we were not granted a late check-out, even when we offered to pay for it. Nothing was waiting for us at the entrance to the room: no greeting note, no chocolate, no bottle of wine. The room itself was old and peeling, and the treatment we received was disdainful. After the most important evening of our lives, the minimum expectation was thoughtful treatment and recognition of the event. Instead, we received a neglected room and indifferent service.
