Medi Terre Boutique Hotel

A quiet and charming boutique hotel right near the sea, the staff is pleasant and responds to every request. When I stayed, the dining room was not active, so the clerk gave a voucher for breakfast at 2 places to choose from. The Island Hotel and the nearby Cafe Nitza. I went to Nitza because of the proximity. Otherwise, everything was excellent. There is a 4-in-1 coffee shop in the lobby and a coffee and tea stand and a 24/7 hot water heater in the lobby. Overall, I enjoyed it.

A huge THANK YOU to everyone on the Medi Terre team with whom we had a fantastic stay this summer. They were always attentive and available. The hotel's location is ideal, right on the beach and a 5-10 minute walk from Kikar. I would especially like to thank Lomi for his professionalism, availability, and kindness; he is one of the highlights of this top-notch team. If you are planning a trip to Netanya, book with complete peace of mind.

We had a great time. We would like to mention Lomi, the food and beverage manager, who was welcoming, helpful and did everything to make us happy. The food was clean and very tasty. The room was spacious and clean It was just a shame that the dining room was crowded and there wasn't enough hot water for the morning coffee. You could add more water.

We were at the hotel for one Sabbath. We had a great time! We took a deluxe room with a balcony and sea view, on the 3rd floor, it was an excellent room, with an amazing view right next to the sea, a very large and clean room. At a completely reasonable price. The room was ready on time, but some received it a little late. The hotel is clean and beautiful, but not new, what is new is the kashrut - in mid-2026 the hotel switched to Mehadrin Rabbi Efrati's kashrut, and since then most of the guests have been from the Haredi community. The food was delicious, plentiful, there was no shortage and they kept refilling it. There was a large variety of dishes. It's not the special food of the top hotels, but it's not their price either. The main disadvantage: the small dining room! You have to be prepared for the fact that you sit next to other guests, 50 cm apart from each table. Everyone gets a table with their room number. It's a good idea to come to the dining room in advance before the Shabbat dinner, and ask for a good table, in the corner, away from the crowds. That's what we did, and it was excellent. Another problem is that in certain places in the dining room you don't feel the air conditioning that much. There is a synagogue next to the hotel, the format and times were decided by the guests on the premises. There is a descent to the sea very close by. If you go to the sea on Shabbat, you have to remember that the municipal sewage only reaches the steps to the beach. 5 minutes walk from Kiryat Sanz.

They sell rooms that are later "unavailable" according to them (I checked. Not accurate to say the least) and promise compensation that they do not deliver We will not return

Hello, I would like to share some feedback regarding our night in your suite. First of all, I would like to make it clear that the suite has a lot of potential and our intention is not simply to complain. On the contrary, I think it is a shame that several relatively minor technical issues and service details affected the overall experience, especially considering the price paid for just one night. Here are the different issues we experienced: * Shower: there was a water leak at the bottom of the shower, right next to the sauna, as well as a significant lack of water pressure. * Jacuzzi: there was an unpleasant smell coming from the jacuzzi jets. In addition, the small plastic stopper designed to prevent the jacuzzi from draining kept coming loose, meaning we had to put it back in place repeatedly. * Sauna: we were given no proper explanation regarding how to use it, even though we had been told that someone would come and explain how the different facilities worked. * Wi-Fi: it was impossible to connect to the Wi-Fi from inside the suite, which was particularly inconvenient and unexpected for accommodation of this standard. * Lighting: the lighting system is quite complicated, with many switches located in different places and no clear indication of what each one controls. * Electrical outlets: some of the sockets are not conveniently located, which is surprising for a suite designed to provide a comfortable, high-end experience. * Minibar / welcome amenities: we were surprised to find no minibar, even as a paid option, and no food or small welcome amenities. There was only one bottle of water, with no chocolates, snacks or other welcome gesture. * Air conditioning: it was difficult to manage properly, particularly because one of the windows in the living room does not close correctly, which naturally affects the efficiency of the air conditioning. * Television: we were unable to get the television to work properly. * Towels and bathrobes: there were not enough towels, and the bathrobe provided was much too small. Individually, each of these issues may seem relatively minor. However, when all of them are combined, they significantly affect the overall experience, especially for a suite offered at this price level. This is precisely why I find it disappointing, because it would not take very much to make this suite truly exceptional. A full technical check before guests arrive, clearer explanations regarding the facilities, reliable Wi-Fi, a few thoughtful welcome touches, and proper checks of the jacuzzi, shower, windows, television and air conditioning would make the experience much more consistent with the expected standard and price. We specifically chose this suite to enjoy a special night together as a couple, and we would have liked to fully enjoy all the facilities without having to figure out how everything worked ourselves or deal with several technical problems. I am therefore sharing this feedback in a constructive way, because with a few relatively simple improvements, this suite could genuinely provide an excellent and memorable experience.
