The room is good and clean. We got the swimming pool view, not bad! 😊 Just that early morning, the hotel staff was clearing the leaves that had fallen into the swimming pool from the trees, and I got a momentary fright! 😂 Overall, the room is good and spacious. The clothes hangers provided were just nice for us, and the best is they provide a clothes hanging rack too! 🥰👍🏻 I think most of the hotels we’ve stayed in so far don’t have this, so it’s really nice of them to provide the rack! But minus off one thing — call me superstitious or whatever 😂 — the mirror was facing half of the big bed. But then, our sleep was good though, so I guess no issue! 😆 The toilet is also spacious, but there is a lack of shelf space to place our toiletries. Or maybe the shelf above the toilet bowl could be placed inside the shower area instead? 😉 Most probably due to safety considerations. Water pressure, hot and cold water are all good too. 😊 Hotel staff — I love them too! 🥰 They are friendly and easy to communicate and talk with. Definitely will be back again for this hotel! 😊 The hotel location is good and it’s easy to navigate around the Old Town. The free shuttle bus and bus stop are also just a short distance from the hotel. Love it! ❤️

You can experience rooms and buildings with an antique atmosphere in the Old Town. It is clean and tidy. Above all, it is very, very convenient because the Old Town is so close. I booked a 0.5-night stay plus a 1-night stay on Phi Phi Island, and it was great value for money!

What a wonderful hotel in the best location in Old Phuket town. We stayed in Casa Blanca for 3 nights with the breakfast option. Loved the decor, the friendly staff and the service round the clock. The hotel is clean and safe with the vibrant Phuket lifestyle at the doorstep. Will definitely stay here again when we come back.

I stayed at this hotel with friends, and overall it was visually beautiful. However, if you are particular about details (such as damaged or warped floors, stubborn stains on sheets and mattresses, or worn-out towels), I might not recommend staying here. Also, the curtains have large gaps, so if you are sensitive to light, I strongly suggest bringing an eye mask to sleep.

I had such a wonderful stay at Casa Blanca Boutique Hotel Phuket, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. As a woman traveling solo, I felt incredibly safe and comfortable throughout my stay. The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of Phuket Old Town. I could easily walk to restaurants, cafés, bars, and all the beautiful streets, then stroll back to the hotel at night without any worries. It truly made my trip so enjoyable. What impressed me the most was the exceptional service from the staff. On my departure day, my ride was reluctant to drive to the front of the hotel because of traffic. It had started raining, and I was worried about having to drag my luggage through the rain. The hotel staff kindly spoke with the driver on my behalf and insisted that he come directly to the hotel entrance. Thanks to their kindness and willingness to help, everything went smoothly, and they saved me from a very stressful situation. It may seem like a small gesture, but it made a huge difference to my experience. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Every member of the staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help whenever I needed anything. Casa Blanca Boutique Hotel is one of those rare places that makes you feel at home while you’re traveling. Between the outstanding hospitality, the unbeatable location, and the charming atmosphere, this hotel has won my heart. I will definitely be returning the next time I visit Phuket. Thank you to the entire team for making my solo trip such a happy and memorable one.

For travelers who are a bit sensitive to noise, it is suggested to avoid a room with city view as there is a pub located opposite to the hotel room. A provided breakfast is western set menu.

Casa Blanca Boutique Hotel is a fantastic small hotel located in a perfect spot right in the heart of Phuket Old Town. The hotel is located on the street, so there is no dedicated hotel parking. However, if your goal is to explore the Old Town area, you really do not need a car anyway. It is much better to just walk around and enjoy the surroundings at your own pace. Even with the street-front location, the noise was not an issue and it did not bother me at all during the night. The rooms and facilities are kept very nice and clean, and the bed was quite comfortable. For families, the two-bedroom suite with a small kitchen is a great option. While the property is lovely, the absolute highlight is the service. It is truly among the best I have ever experienced, actually surpassing many big chain hotels I have stayed at in the past. The staff members are incredibly friendly, attentive, and informative, and they go out of their way to ensure you have everything you need. If you are looking for a place to stay in Old Town, I highly recommend giving this place a chance. I am not associated with the hotel in any way, nor have I been paid or incentivized to write this.
