Sino House Phuket Hotel

It takes about a 7-minute walk to the center of the Old Town, and there is a 7-Eleven and a laundromat right across the street. I was worried because there weren't many reviews from Koreans, but they gave me two room keys, so I can run the air conditioner at full blast even when I go out. I initially booked an Executive room—is that right?—but they switched me because the air conditioner was breaking down and repairs would take about two hours. I think they probably upgraded me! It was room 401 with a terrace, and it was absolutely wonderful. The staff were also incredibly friendly!

I once stayed there. The room was cramped, and at night the power went out for many hours. There was no backup power, and it was very hot. I couldn't sleep for a long time. It was a very disappointing experience. However, the staff were polite and provided good service.

Had a very pleasant stay at Sino House Phuket Hotel. The room was spacious and very clean, and even the corridors were well maintained. Breakfast was good and a nice start to the day. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more comfortable. The hotel has good parking space and is reasonably priced for the quality it offers. Overall, a simple, comfortable, and value-for-money stay.

The room was exactly as pictured, spacious, clean, and had a faint, pleasant scent. All amenities were provided. It's located in the city center, quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxation. The water pressure was good. All the staff were lovely. I highly recommend this place to anyone planning a stay. It's really great! #☺️

Best stay in Phuket old town. Good services and kind receptionist. I will recommend it if you are planning to stay in Phuket Town.

Amazing experience at Sino house hot. One of the best places to stay if you want to explore the Old Phuket town especially the Sunday night market. It has a 7 eleven opposite to it! Rooms are spacious, neat and beautifully done. Thanks for the great service! 🙂

I had a truly wonderful experience staying at Sino House Hotel in Phuket, and it easily became one of the most memorable properties of our trip. What immediately stands out about this hotel is its beautiful Sino-Portuguese architectural style. The aesthetic charm of the property is simply delightful. It has a heritage feel that reflects the cultural character of Phuket Town, yet the interiors are extremely comfortable and thoughtfully maintained. The rooms are exceptionally spacious, much larger than what you typically find in many hotels today. The layout is well designed, very comfortable, and gives you a feeling of openness that makes the stay even more relaxing. However, the highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the staff. In all the properties we stayed in during our time in Phuket, this hotel had the most courteous, warm, and genuinely helpful team. Every single staff member we interacted with was smiling, attentive, and always ready to assist in any possible way. That level of hospitality truly makes a difference and leaves a lasting impression. The location is also very convenient. There is a 7-Eleven right across the street, which makes quick errands very easy, and the hotel is well positioned for exploring the charming streets of old Phuket Town. Overall, the property has a wonderful charm, is very well maintained, and offers excellent value with large comfortable rooms, beautiful architecture, and outstanding service. It was genuinely a pleasure staying here, and I would highly recommend Sino House to anyone visiting Phuket who appreciates character, comfort, and exceptional hospitality. A truly lovely experience.

Good spacious rooms.

Room 10/10: Great room, comfortable bed, microwave, cups, spoons and forks provided, dining table, clear Android TV with YouTube and Netflix (remember to log out before leaving). Single bed = two double beds put together. Ample parking. Good bathroom, no bathtub but strong water pressure, hot water, no problems, satisfying shower. Service: 0/10. No service, everything is self-service. Breakfast is not included, but there is a microwave and a 7-Eleven across the street. Before arriving, I put my dinner and breakfast in the fridge and microwaved them.
