Mercure Hai Phong

Everything was basically okay. But this 5-star hotel was located deep behind another building. The entrance was narrow. I've never had to pay for parking at a hotel before.

My best choice for the lunch set in the flame restaurant with wonderful steak and mushroom sauce ! What i love most is the welcoming atmosphere and great service from friendly staff: uyên; Quỳnh and Huyền. The lunch set always makes my day

It was a pleasant stay. We were well rested for the night we stayed there. The bed was comfortable and love the view where we were at (Level 22). The room was clean and well kept. Recommend to travellers who come to Haiphong. Thank you for the hospitality.

The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of both local and international dishes, all fresh and delicious. The rooftop pool and bar were highlights of my stay — perfect for relaxing after a long day. I truly appreciated the warm hospitality throughout my visit. This was my first time experiencing a restaurant with a high-altitude view. The atmosphere was quiet and elegant. The food was generally quite palatable and suited most tastes. Mr. Thang and the staff were attentive and enthusiastic.
