We had the best time with Maya (wrong spelling) at her mobile sauna! There were 12 of us on a women’s wellness retreat and she took great care of us. She has wonderful energy and we enjoyed the 3 sessions and artic ocean cold plunges in the middle of winter. Highly recommend!! I had So much energy afterwards and was full of gratitude.

An amazing experience with María! A cozy warm little sauna wagon with a beautiful oceanview over Eyjafjörð. I felt amazingly refreshed after this sauna session, which consisted of three 15 minute stints with short breaks in between. During the pauses, it is optimal to cool a bit down in the cold ocean, and enjoy some fresh fruits and drinks along with some salty snacks, which were all included! María was very mindful of the whole group, making sure everyone was comfortable and feeling good. Bring swimsuit, towel, and maybe some slippers. 10/10
