I ordered *tortellini in brodo* and specified that I wanted it piping hot; it arrived lukewarm. I asked them to heat it up, but they told me it was fine as it was—basically, "deal with it, even if you don't like it."They never learn that the customer is always right; if you ask them to heat up the food, they should heat it up.

A wonderful discovery just steps from the center... traditional dishes cooked to perfection... my partner and I had the lasagna and tortellini in parmesan cream, delicious!! It's hard to find something this well-made. The Fassona steak is also good. The wine list is excellent. The sommelier is excellent! Prices are a bit high, but (alas) in line with downtown Bologna. The decor isn't to my liking, but that's just my personal opinion.

Many reviewers have spoken about the quality of the lasagna - both my husband and I had the lasagna and it was next level. Really enjoyed the crispy top layer and the meat sauce was so good!! Thoroughly recommend this place - it is in a class of its own!!

We went here for all the good reviews but unfortunately it was not so good. We each took their lasagna for the main course, but it was very dry. It felt like I ate 7 levels of lasagna plates without bolagnese and sauce in. My partner's lasagna was slightly better.

Excellent lunch, right under the two towers. An oasis amidst the chaos. The lasagna and tagliatelle with ragù and authentic Bolognese sauce passed the test, and the maccheroncini al torchio with white ragù and sage also lived up to expectations. Friendly and courteous service.

It was our first stop in Bologna and they left the list very high. The place is very nice, with an interesting but very harmonious decoration. The waitress was very nice. And the food was delicious. We ordered mortadella and salami Rosa, tagliatella with ragu and tortellini soup and they were spectacular. The typical dessert of Bologna, the pudding, was also delicious. In short, 100% recommended.

The tortellini in broth were completely cold; when I complained, they refused to heat them up, offering nonsensical excuses—very poor service.

Lasagna was ok, overpriced for what it is and lacking in sauce. It's 20 euros. Feels like a bit of a TikTok trap. Plain leaf salad for 7 euros is wild. Paid some service charge of 3 euros per person which we were told was law. Googled this quickly and I'm not 100% sure it is. Maybe I'm wrong. That being said service was good. Edit (based on reply): by lacking in sauce above I mean it was just dry. For 20 euros I'd expect much more food. Not sure how that's justified based on other local prices. Not sure where the free water comment came from since I hadn't mentioned it above and you certainly didn't serve us. Perhaps you and you staff are chatting about customers and making notes. But since you did mention it we got served free water in plenty of other restaurants...without a cover charge, which is optional for restaurants to charge. Definitely not law, like we were told. If any readers made it this far and can be bothered to find it I reviewed another near by restaurant which was suberb.

Anniversary dinner Beautiful atmosphere, friendly, and professional service. Excellent selection of ingredients, and the added value of the open kitchen. Excellent lasagna, excellent tortellini. The cutlet was delicious.

Now I can say it, they'll never remember me. There was a beautiful waitress, with long, curly hair <3
