Salumeria Simoni Laboratorio

this place was amazing--we went the first time to their meat bar and didn't see the restaurant just down the street with tables and bar service. It was sooo busy and lively with amazing charcuterie boards and wine. Would love to visit here again.

Highly recommended.

Amazing!! Food was fantastic and service perfect !!

the best choice!

A place full of typical Bolognese products, excellent for a tasty aperitif. The staff was very young, friendly, and helpful. The platter was generous and made with excellent quality products, served in a charming, central location. A very busy place in a very central and lively area of Bologna. Highly recommended for everyone, although for large groups on weekends there may be a long wait. I will definitely be back.

Excellent choice for enjoying good cold cuts and tagliatelle with ragu. Excellent service.
