Pritličje ("Ground Floor") is a café, bar and small cultural venue on Mestni trg, next to Ljubljana Town Hall in the Old Town. It runs as a café during the day and a bar in the evening. The programme includes concerts, comics events, talks and regular queer nights, and it is one of the most openly LGBTQ-inclusive places in the city centre. The crowd is young and mixed. The terrace on the square fills up in good weather. Use it as your first stop, and go to Metelkova for later club nights. Check pritlicje.si for the current programme.

Nice bar. The waitress was very friendly. The cocktails, served with fresh homemade juices, are very pleasant to drink. You get a large bowl of chips for only 3 euros. A friendly place.
