Art Hotel Transamerica Collection

I always travel for the company I work for, and my stay this week was the worst and most terrible experience possible. They put me in an unsanitary room next to a construction site where the noise of drills made it impossible to hear anything. I was forced to hold my meeting in the hotel restaurant while they looked for another room. After they found a room, I had meetings all day and after an event, when I went to pack my suitcase I realized I was missing my charger. I received zero assistance even while still at the hotel and after informing them that I wouldn't even be able to get to my city without the charger, it was 11 PM. They told me that the lost and found department didn't work at that hour. I had to use a generic charger for my iPhone, and now I'll be forced to pay for another original one. I don't know if it's still in the restaurant or in the previous room from the transfer I rushed out of because of the meetings. Zero support from the hotel and a loss, 0 out of 10.

Dirty room. Full of rust.
