Novotel Porto Alegre Tres Figueiras

The upstairs apartment is good, but it could be brighter; it lacks light.

Very good hotel, excellent breakfast, comfortable room, good location and excellent service.

Excellent location. The attention from the reception and especially the Bistro/Bar was very good. Only praise.

The receptionists were all very attentive, Simone is the sweetest, she gave us the tip to arrive earlier from the consulate because of the traffic, and also gave us a room upgrade. The room was brand new, with industrial-style decor. It has a heater, which makes it very comfortable; I get cold easily and I wasn't cold at all. The hotel is well located, there's a shopping mall next door, I recommend eating there and at the Parrilla across from the hotel. I really liked it, I recommend it and I'll definitely be back ☺️

Great breakfast

Great experience! The highlight was the welcome and attention from the staff. Very good restaurant. Clean and comfortable room.
