A very good experience. The hostel is very new and very well maintained. It's in a great location near the city center for walking, excursions, and shopping/restaurants. The room is a good size, with a very comfortable bed, a pleasant temperature, a safe, and a hairdryer. A full breakfast is included. The hosts are very friendly, attentive, and thoughtful. The accommodation is really lovely, very clean and comfortable. Each room has its own heater, so it's easy to regulate the temperature. The bed is incredibly comfortable, ideal for resting after days of trekking, as was the case for us. The location is good, not so close to the center that you're exposed to noise, but close enough to walk there—it's about a 10-minute walk at most. The staff is friendly and helpful—a total success!

We only stayed one night, but it's a very nice and peaceful place. We had a great time!

I can absolutely recommend this accommodation. Everything was spotlessly clean, the breakfast was outstanding, and the bed was fantastic. After 33 hours of traveling, I finally got a really good night's sleep. They also helped us arrange transport from the airport, which we greatly appreciated.

We've had a lovely experience. All the people on staff are very friendly, helpful and an absolute joy just to chat with. The room was clean, well equipped, quited and the cloud-like bed was heavenly, especially after a long flight. We also recommend to ask for assistance with airport taxi. The driver was punctual, drove safe and had a saint-like patience with my broken Spanish :) Generally a great way to start our travels in Chile.

A truly delightful experience; the place is very well thought out, organized, and executed. It's self-service, but the owner is very present. The rooms are spotless with very comfortable beds (the bathroom is a bit small, but the water pressure is excellent). Breakfast is included, and the atmosphere is super quiet and pleasant.

Our stay at Hostel Boutique Puerta Roja was the perfect start to our trip. An airport shuttle was arranged for us without any problems, and a late-night check-in was made possible. The room was modernly furnished and was cleaned every day. Katie prepared a delicious breakfast and, with her warm personality, gave us the best recommendations for restaurants and cafés in the city. We loved the hot chocolate. Thank you for everything!
