There's never anyone doing rapid tests and they never want to give out condoms

They never answer the phone, they even hang it up to avoid answering; none of the published numbers work.

Good morning, do you know if they offer free psychological therapy there or provide support with psychologists?

Attentive and friendly staff and free rapid STI tests (HIV, syphilis and hepatitis C)

Very bad service. I've been trying to get medical attention for six months and nothing has happened. They never gave me any medication, and they ordered several tests, but nothing more.

Terrible service when it comes to calling to make an appointment; they never answer, and the person at reception always has a grumpy face. You greet them, and they don't even respond, as if they don't like working at Capasits.

THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE, IT'S VERY DIFFICULT TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THE UNIT.

I arrived and thought they wouldn't see me, but I asked about rapid STI tests and they let me in... I just waited my turn. It took a little while, but for it being free, it was fine. The service was excellent.

I've been calling reception for over two days and they don't answer. They can't resolve something as simple as telling me if my doctor is available or not, even though there are only three of them. It's been a whole month and they haven't been able to give me a medical summary.

Very good for rapid HIV tests. However, if you need a PEP test and unfortunately you're affiliated with IMSS or ISSSTE, don't even bother going because being affiliated with one of these institutions means you have to go to the emergency room, where you'll easily have to wait 4 hours. They boast so much in their advertising and social media about universal healthcare and their social commitment to health, and then they come up with this.
